The south Korean Hankook Ilbo Wednesday disclosed the brutality of fascists at a secret torture room in Seoul under the past dictatorial regimes.

Ordinary people were branded as spies and students labeled "communists" for shouting for downing with dictatorship before being terribly administered water and electric shock tortures and even sexually harassed, the newspaper noted.

Saying probing into the truth behind such violence is still underway, it deplored that most of the assailants evaded deserved punishment and never apologized to the public for their sins.
