All people should turn out as one in the campaign for increased production and economization in order to break through head-on all the barriers to our advance and further promote the socialist construction

The all-people campaign for increased production and economization is an important demand consistently put forward by our Party in the economic construction.

Only when the working people, who are in direct charge of production and construction, voluntarily take part in the campaign for increased production and economization, is it possible to produce more with less raw and other materials and to make contribution to the country's economy.

On steady increase is the demand for raw materials, fuel, facilities and materials necessary for the production and construction, now that we vigorously push ahead with great advance of economic construction, true to the great intention of the Party.

Only when we economize to the maximum and effectively use the motive power and materials necessary for the economic construction including electricity, coal, steel and cement, can we rise from the present difficulties, strengthen our driving force in every way and achieve the shining victory in the offensive for making a breakthrough head-on.

Getting stronger day by day is the desire of our people to take greater steps forward in the revolutionary advance by thoroughly embodying the Party's idea of launching an offensive for making a breakthrough head-on and glorify this year marking the 75th founding anniversary of the Party as the most significant one.

All the party members and other working people should make economical and most effective use of the country's wealth for more creation and construction, and thus make positive contribution to the socialist construction under the uplifted patriotic slogan "Let us launch a dynamic struggle for increased production and economization through mass movement!"
