Cha Sang Bo, vice chairman of the General Association of Koreans in China (GAKC), made public a commentary titled "National Harmony and Confrontation Can Not Go Together" on June 7 as follows:

The frantic act of scattering leaflets against the DPRK and inciting confrontation with the DPRK with the connivance of and under the manipulation of the south Korean authorities is a frenzy which only the scum, who are worse than wild animals, would perpetrate, he said in the commentary.

It is the firm faith and will of our people never to pardon the act of tarnishing the dignity of the supreme leadership of the DPRK but to find out all of them wherever they might be on earth and mercilessly punish them, he stressed, adding:

So long as there are those human scum, cancer-like mass in the way of improving the inter-Korean relations, the improvement of the inter-Korean ties and the national harmony can never be expected.

Intolerable is the double-dealing of the south Korean authorities who pay lip service to the dialogue but allow the said act and foster and incite the confrontation.

All the fellow countrymen in the north, the south and abroad should take an active part in the nation-wide struggle for eliminating the human scum putting a brake on the national reconciliation and unity.
