Humans need to go a long way, WHO chief asserts

The director-general of the World Health Organization said that there is still a long way to put an end to COVID-19 in a video interview in Geneva, Switzerland, on Apr 27.

He expressed concern over the rising tendency of the spread of the epidemic in African, East European, Latin American and some Asian countries.

He stressed the necessity to quarantine, examine and cure all the infected cases since some European countries show signs of relaxing blockade with the number of newly infected cases decreasing.
