Pyongyang, March 31 (KCNA) -- The People's Joint Action and the Confederation of Trade Unions in south Korea started action to do away with deep-seated evils, according to the south Korean newspaper Nodong and Segye.

They had meetings via internet homepages due to COVID-19. The speakers said that the will of candlelight demonstrators to uproot deep-seated evils and build a new world for the workers and popular masses had not been realized yet.

They stressed their will to make a clean riddance of the evil forces with the election of "national assemblymen" as an occasion.

Meanwhile, one-person demonstrations simultaneously took place at all constituencies of south Korea in demand of doing away with deep-seated evils.
