Kim Jong Un, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greeting to Mahmoud Abbas, president of the State of Palestine, on Friday.

Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un in his message extended warm congratulations to the president and friendly people of Palestine on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the proclamation of the State of Palestine.

The message said:

The Korean people extend invariable support and solidarity to the Palestinian people in their just cause for putting an end to outsider's occupation and establishing an independent state with East Kuds as its capital city.

Availing myself of this opportunity, I express the belief that the historic bonds of friendship between the Korean people and the Palestinian people would steadily grow stronger.
