Chinese children enjoy camping in DPRK

A camping group of Chinese children headed by Chen Wenping enjoyed camping in the DPRK on July 15-19.

Members of the camping group laid a floral basket before the statues of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il on Mansu Hill.

They made a round of historical relics at the old home of President Kim Il Sung in Mangyongdae, being told that he was born at a low thatched house and received patriotic and revolutionary education from his parents.

They visited the Mangyongdae Schoolchildren's Palace and had a joint performance with members of the art groups of the palace.

They also toured the International Friendship Exhibition House, the Friendship Tower and others, saw the grand mass gymnastics and artistic performance "The Land of the People" and had a good time at the Central Zoo and the Rungna People's Pleasure Park.
