"I am learning Korean. I told comrade Kim about it," recalled Alexandr Kozlov, minister of Development of the Far East and Arctic of Russia, in a recent interview to sum up his first year in office.

The answer of DPRK's top leader Kim Jong Un was: "If you communicate with me more often, you will know the language better."

According to Amur.info's report on Monday, the minister was very worried before meeting with DPRK's top leader because the fate of his entire region would depend on relations with the foreign neighbor.

It turned out that the minister had been learning Korean. His knowledge may come in handy in the near future since Kozlov is scheduled to visit to Pyongyang, reported Amur.info.
