The reporter went on:

The battles in the Musan area were a heavy blow to the Japanese imperialists hell-bent on continental aggression and thus rendered a direct help to the revolutionary struggle in neighboring countries and greatly inspired the national liberation movement of the world oppressed people against the imperialists' invasion and subjugation.

The reporter stressed that only victory and glory are in store for the Korean people who are adding eternal luster to the revolutionary tradition of Paektu and carving out the destiny of their country and nation in an independent and creative way.
