Hostile forces' anti-DPRK "human rights" racket

By DLAK Spokesperson

The spokesman for the Democratic Lawyers Association of Korea (DLAK) released a statement on Saturday.

It was disclosed that the anti-DPRK "human rights resolution" railroaded through the session of the United Nations in December last year was a politically motivated false document fabricated on the basis of false testimonies made by human scum.

However, the U.S. and south Korean conservative forces are vociferating about the "validity" of the document, claiming that Sin Tong Hyok's confession of false testimony cannot exercise any influence on the "report on human rights in north Korea" and that the "report" is based on testimonies of majority of witnesses.

This is the height of shamelessness.

The "Commission of Inquiry on Human Rights in north Korea" (CI) of the UN was cooked up according to the "testimonies" made by human scum including Sin Tong Hyok. Riffs-raffs of the CI are unlettered …

Suppression of pro-reunification organizations

By DFRK CC Spokesperson

The spokesman for the Central Committee of the Democratic Front for the Reunification of Korea released a statement on Friday denouncing the conservative group of south Korea for desperately working to revise the "Security Law" (SL) for the worse in a sinister bid to forcibly dissolve the pro-reunification patriotic organizations and stamp out progressive and democratic forces. The statement said:

Shortly ago, the minister of Justice of south Korea, in his speech on the "2015 working plan" blustered that he would set it as a top priority task of this year to "preserve the nature for defending the value of the constitution" and modify the SL to forcibly dissolve the "anti-state organizations" and "those benefiting enemy."

In response to it, the chief executive of south Korea encouraged him, saying "any act of violating laws should be severely punished by a legal action."

Truth behind mad-cap anti-DPRK human rights racket

By Measure Council for Human Rights in South Korea

The DPRK Measure Council for Human Rights in South Korea on Jan. 30 released an inquiry report disclosing the truth behind the mad-cap anti-DPRK human rights racket being kicked up by the south Korean authorities in collusion with the U.S.:

The human rights racket being staged by the south Korean conservative forces hell-bent on confrontation with compatriots in the north is a blatant challenge to the DPRK highly dignified with independence, an unpardonable insult to the Korean people enjoying all blessings under the most advantageous socialist system and impudent deception and mockery of the fair-minded world public.

The present chief executive of south Korea, even before coming to power, had kicked off an anti-DPRK human rights racket aimed at cooking up the non-existent "human rights issue" of the DPRK, claiming "it is a sin to keep mum about the human rights in the north."

After taking office, she…

Yun Pyong Se talks rubbish

Yun Pyong Se, minister of Foreign Affairs of south Korea who took part in the 45th annual meeting of the World Economic Forum held in Davos, Switzerland recently, malignantly took issue with the DPRK over its nuclear deterrent for self-defence.

Koreans are ready to punish S Korean authorities

By DPRK NDC Policy Department

The Policy Department of the National Defence Commission (NDC) of the DPRK made public a statement Sunday in connection with the grim situation now prevailing on the Korean peninsula:

Growing stronger than ever before at present is the unanimous desire of the nation to break with the inglorious past and write a new history of the north-south relations, true to the noble intention of supreme leader Kim Jong Un, peerless great man. World people are also growing strong in their support and encouragement to it in response to the historic appeal for defusing the danger of war and creating a peaceful environment on the Korean peninsula.

But even a basic climate for dialogue has not been created as the north-south relations are not freed from the phase of freeze.

Noting that what is happening at present is very grave, the statement clarified the following principled stand:

1. The south Korean authorities should stop making willful interpretation of the …

Stop lip service to issue of "divided families"

By CPRK Spokesperson

Shortly ago, the south Korean authorities asserted that it is the "national obligation" and the "top priority task" to settle the issue of "divided families," adding that it is necessary to realize the reunion of "divided families" if the north-south dialogue is resumed.

The south Korean chief executive, in particular, urged the north to come out for dialogue with "open heart" in order to fundamentally solve the issue of "divided families." She claimed that the north was to blame for the failure to arrange the reunion of "divided families."

These are acts of misinterpreting the essence of the grave situation where the issue of the inter-Korean relations including the reunion of divided families and relatives from the north and the south remain unsettled, and acts of misleading the public. This is an unbearable mockery and insult to the desire of all Koreans for the improved inter-Korea…

Hostile forces should retract conspiratorial documents against DPRK

By DPRK AHRS Spokesperson

The spokesman for the DPRK Association for Human Rights Studies released the following statement on Tuesday:

The truth behind the conspiratorial "human rights" racket kicked up by the U.S. and other hostile forces against the DPRK in the UN arena is being self-exposed.

It has been disclosed that the "report of the Commission of Inquiry" on the human rights performance in the DPRK, which served as a basis of the anti-DPRK "human rights resolution" rammed through the plenary meeting of the 69th UN General Assembly last December by hostile forces, was no more than a false document cooked up on the basis of false "testimonies" made by human scum.

As reported recently, defector from the north Sin Tong Hyok, who had come out as a primary "testifier" when working out the above-said "report of the Commission of Inquiry", confessed that he had told lies about his past and pledged not to be involved i…

By KISSYL CC Chairperson

The chairman of the Central Committee of the Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League in a statement on Thursday called upon all young Korean people at home and abroad to turn out as one in the nationwide movement for national reunification and open up a broad avenue to independent reunification this year without fail:

Supreme leader Kim Jong Un in his New Yea Address put up the slogan "Let the whole nation join efforts to open up a broad avenue to independent reunification in this year of the 70th anniversary of national liberation!" and clearly indicated the tasks and ways for mending the north-south relations and reunifying the country.

Kim Jong Un's New Year address comprehensively deals with all principled issues arising in mending the north-south relations which had been put into catastrophe and achieving national reunification and indicates ways for carrying them out.

It is necessary for improving the north-south relations to remove the…

DPRK NDC notifies Obama administration of its principled stand

The Policy Department of the National Defence Commission (NDC) of the DPRK in its statement on Jan. 7 notifies the Obama Administration of its following principled stand as it is pushing the DPRK-U.S. relations to the worst phase of confrontation from the outset of the year:

The U.S. ruling forces are more persistently resorting to their harsh policy hostile to the DPRK.

Typical of its hostile policy is that U.S. President Obama slapped "high-profile additional sanctions" against major institutions and bodies and individuals of the DPRK from the outset of the new year and issued a "presidential executive order" for enforcing them.

As regards the historic measures declared by the DPRK for improving the inter-Korean ties and creating a peaceful environment on the Korean Peninsula, the U.S. authorities have already begun talking rubbish, blustering that the U.S. should not react to them with payment of excessive expenses. They are openly revealing…

Clarify stand on improving north-south relations

By DPRK NDC Spokesperson

Under the prevailing situation, a spokesman for the DPRK National Defence Commission on Wednesday issued the following statement urging the south Korean authorities to clarify their stand on some problems:

Talking about "sincerity of the New Year address of the north", politicians of south Korea have described the DPRK's historic appeal as an "attempt to embrace the south aimed at breaking down south Korea-U.S. cooperation" and a "dialogue offensive to get rid of the international pressure".

Worse still, they estimated the U.S. "high-profile additional sanctions" against the DPRK as "proper counteraction" and again prodded the human scum into scattering anti-DPRK leaflets in frontline area for confrontation.

Firstly, do the south Korean authorities have an idea to bring about a great change in the north-south relations through dialogue, negotiation, exchange and contact or to persist in the confron…

The chairman of the Central Committee of the Buddhist Federation of Korea issued a statement on Jan. 5 to express full support to the New Year address given by supreme leader Kim Jong Un and call for positively turning out in the nationwide struggle for national reunification:

First of all, it is necessary to remove the danger of war, defuse tension and ensure peace on the Korean Peninsula in order to glorify this year as a landmark in opening up a broad avenue to the independent reunification of Korea.

All the Buddhists in the north and the south, who seek after mercy, equality and peace, should go into action in Dharma-minded concord to resolutely check the war moves escalating tension on the Korean Peninsula and confrontation with the fellow countrymen.

The U.S. and south Korean authorities should immediately give up their war moves which will bring only nuclear disaster upon the Korean nation and pose a threat to peace and security of the peninsula.

KSDP calls for great national unity

By KSDP CC Chairman

The chairman of the Central Committee of the Korean Social Democratic Party (KSDP) in a statement on Jan. 5 praised the slogan and proposals for national reunification put forward by supreme leader Kim Jong Un in his New Year address as the most realistic and reasonable ones to settle the north-south relations:

If all the fellow countrymen in the north, the south and abroad turn out in the patriotic movement for national reunification in hearty response to the New Year address, it would be conducive to improving the bedeviled north-south ties, opening up a broad avenue to independent reunification and ensuring peace and security in the Korean Peninsula and the rest of the world.

All the political parties and politicians in south Korea should bear in mind Kim Jong Un's noble intention of writing a new chapter in the history of inter-Korean relations so as to refrain from seeking confrontation of systems which is harmful to national reunification and tak…
